I am an artist, illustrator and designer working from Venice, Italy and this is a presentation of some of my artwork. I work with a wide variety of subject matter and am fluent in digital and physical mediums. My artwork has been featured in various international publications including The New Yorker, El Pais, Internazionale, Specchio (La Stampa), and LineaGrafica, and I have illustrated five books, several published by the Italian art-house publisher, Nuages, and one released by the children's book publisher Falzea.
Please feel free to contact me for artwork inquiries or for any projects or work opportunities that you think would benefit from my skill set.
Here are some posters I made for "X-Fare", a non-affiliated local candidate list for the upcoming municipal elections.

Angouleme & Kocis
I'm back from the Angouleme International Comic Festival! I was there to present KOCIS -my first comic written with Fabrizio Capigatti- to French publishers, and we'll see how that goes... The nice thing is that, during my trip, I met other illustrators like Emanuele Tenderini, Alex Crippa, Stefano Ascari, Andrea Riccadonna, Alfio Buscaglia, Cristian Cornia, and Piero Ruggieri. I must say I am very happy we were able to share our thoughts in the days we spent together in Angouleme. It's nice to meet with your own kind! Thanks to you, Manu!

Oviesse - Lego in Florence
For the opening of Pitti Bimbo 2010 in Florence, department store Oviesse asked me to paint their new window installation: two gigantic canvases in their downtown store as background for the new Lego toys. Thank you Simpaty!
